SkillShare’s first-ever Movie Night was Monday, June 27th.
Our first movie is AVATAR. Admission is 1T$ plus a snack or beverage to share.
The screen is big, but the space is small, so attendance is limited to only seven people. Therefore, it is imperative that anyone wishing to attend RSVP on our Meetup Page.
About the movie:
- Rating: PG-13 (intense epic battle sequences, warfare, sensuality, language, some smoking)
- Genres: Action and Adventure, Mystery and Suspense, Science Fiction and Fantasy, Comedy
- Plot: The story of an ex-Marine who finds himself thrust into hostilities on an alien planet filled with exotic life forms. As an Avatar, a human mind in an alien body, he is torn between two worlds in a desperate fight for his own survival and that of the planet’s indigenous people.
