Our Leadership Team

Kelly Mullen

Kelly Mullen

President

Hello! I joined TimeBank Boulder after watching a PBS documentary called ‘Fixing the Future’ and learned that I share TBB’s vision for participating in a sharing economy that facilitates connection and cooperation, and where members’ time, talent, skills are equally valuable.
As a somatic life coach, energy healing facilitator, and owner of Whole-Self Wisdom, I’m passionate about supporting individuals who want to reclaim their vital energy by tuning into what lights them up, sharing the gifts they have to offer, and delegating/teaming with others to get their needs and desires met.
I love spending time in nature, singing/writing ‘Medicine Songs,’ and writing in cute coffee shops (I published my first book of poems in 2022 and have several others drafted). Here are some additional ‘fun’ facts about me:

  • I’ve lived in all of the “C” states.
  • I was a caregiver to both parents for 2.5 years, and now writing a novel (a tragic comedy!) based on my experience.
  • I have twenty years in the corporate world, primarily in training and organizational development.

I’m looking forward to meeting more members in this community, and you can learn more about me at https://www.kellycmullen.com/.

I’m from the Mid-Atlantic. I moved to Boulder Oct. 2023. I currently work as a nanny and help run a local coffee meetup based out of Nextdoor.com. My life has been a full one so far… Lived in a tree house ’til I was 6, Bachelors in Chemistry, 10 years as a nanny, 2 years running a seafood business, 2 years teaching English as a Second Language online, a short stint as a game show host, worked at NASA for a summer, one year at a hardware store learning to manage inventory, 2 years mentoring teens in foster care, and lots of other random jobs. My passions are art, natural medicine, foraging, growing my spiritual knowledge and experience, travel, food, and bringing people together. I own a spooky2 rife machine that I’d love to help others learn to use. I’m also great at providing empathetic support to people while they work through difficult tasks. One of my favorite things to do is brainstorm creative solutions to obscure problems. I can help you throw a tea party too or tutor your child in math and science. I’ve traveled to Guatemala and most recently spent 3 weeks in India getting to know my in-laws and having a Vedic wedding.

I’ve lived in Boulder for over 20 years. My business is making healthy chocolate! I love to travel and have adventures. In the winters, I enjoy downhill skiing, back-country skiing and snowshoeing. In the summer I mostly bike, hike and like to do bike tours. I cherish time with friends and family. Healthy, organic food is a passion of mine. I’m also plant based and gluten-free.

I’ve lived in the Denver Metro area for the past 14 years; currently, I live in Littleton. I work for my family’s graphic design and content creation business, and do landscaping and yard care on the side. I’ve always been interested in gardening and ecology; I helped to run an urban farming project for five years. Currently, I’m working with a group to develop locally adapted crops through adaptive plant breeding. I’m a member of St. Mary parish in Littleton, and am interested in exploring the connections between Christian theology, social justice, alternative economics, and voluntary poverty. In my free time, I’ve been exploring leatherworking and shoemaking, though I’m not very good at it yet. I’d like to learn about basketry, hat making, and wildcrafting/foraging.
